The telephone operators must provide you – free of charge – information, by:

  • the Customer Service
  • written note, upon request
  • their website
  • displaying, at their commercial offices, posters of the request form, as well as details on the request submission, cancellation and validation procedures.

Throughout the porting process, you may check the stage of your porting request with the acceptor provider.
